Let's Try That Again

A half hour after posting my last entry, I frogged the Shaker Rib Hat. Why? I don't have the right size circular needles. I was using dpn instead and it seemed to be going well until the stitches kept falling off and I couldn't figure out how to get them back on in the right way. So that didn't work at all. Now, I've got to wait until next weekend for the right size needles. In fact, I need to pick up an assortment of needles next weekend... all for the project that I could potentially start right now. So I have a bunch of yarn and no needles to knit them with, argh.
